Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. For any issues with your order, please contact Lazy Wick immediately by email at lazywick2025@gmail.com with your name and order number from the email you used to place the order.

Please note that returned products must be in the original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned. 

For products that have arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email Lazy Wick a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered.
